Animal Adoption Contract
(Still under construction, any suggestions welcome)
This contract is made between Little Critters Rescue(hereafter reffered to as rescuer) and ___________________________(hereafter reffered to as Adopter). The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the animal adopted from Little Critters Rescue is properly cared for.

Adopter agrees to the following terms:
1. To take in the animal being adopted as a member of the family and give it the respect and love it deserves. __________(Initial)
2. To always provide an adequate amout of food and water for the animal being adopted. _______(initial)
3. To provide a safe, clean and climate controlled living and sleeping environment for the animal being adopted. _________(initial)
4. NEVER to cause harm, or let any other person or animal to cause harm to the animal being adopted.________(Initial)
5. To always provide prefessional veterinary care to the animal being adopted. This includes keeping shots up to date and getting regular check ups.______(initial)
6. To not resell or readopt this animal out in order to make a profit. _____(initial)
7. To never use this animal as a breeder or as food, for research or for bait. ______(initial)
This animal does/does not__________ need to be altered. If it does need to be altered, the adopter agrees to have the animal in question spayed or neutered. This MUST be done within 30 days of the adoption date. Failure to have this animal altered will result in confiscation of the animal with no refund. A reciept of the surgery bill is to be mailed to Little Critters Rescue and is to be RECIEVED within 40 days of the adoption date to ensure that the procedure has been done. ________(Initial)
